LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville searching for a Customer Service Manager to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will pay $50-70k with full benefits (M/D/V, 401k, PTO, paid holidays). Must have customer service management and data analysis/ERP troubleshooting experience required to be eligible for this role!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 11 Customer Service Representatives

  • Identify bottlenecks in supply chain and customer service processes within ERP system

  • Troubleshoot to determine how to resolve issues and/or retrieve necessary data

  • Handle escalated customer and systems issues

  • Utilize ERP to review and track customer orders and line items

Qualifications:

  • Must have customer service management and data analysis/ERP troubleshooting experience to be eligible for this role

  • Must have strong ERP experience, preferably with Infor, Lawson, SAP, Oracle, etc.

  • Must have strong problem-solving, critical thinking, detail orientation and communication skills

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to data mine
