CTG is seeking to fill aBI Developeropening for our client in Dallas, TX.

Duties: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools and products, including Power BI, Power BI Report Builder (Paginated), Power BI Embedded services, and SSRS. Write and optimize complex queries using Power Query, DAX, R, and T-SQL to support analytics and reporting needs. Build and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization. Implement and manage security features across BI solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the T-Mobile Cloud platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality business insights. Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy. Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, DAX, R, T-SQL, and SQL Server programming. Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Builder (Paginated) and Power BI Embedded services. Strong understanding of BI solution architecture, data modeling, and visualization best practices. Ability to optimize and standardize BI dashboards and reports. Knowledge of implementing security features in Microsoft BI solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience:

5+ years of experience in BI development using Microsoft Analytics tools and technologies. Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying enterprise BI solutions. Experience supporting BI platforms in a Tier 1/Tier 2 support environment. Prior experience working in cloud-based BI environments is a plus. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
