Position: Full Time Receptionist We're currently hiring a
Receptionist
to support front desk operations with a
flexible and balanced weekly schedule.
Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts per week One 6 hour shift every Tuesday Every other weekend OFF (Friday through Sunday) Note: Actual shift days may vary slightly based on facility needs
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and route incoming calls efficiently Maintain visitor logs, sign-in sheets, and basic security protocols Assist with filing, mail handling, and data entry Provide administrative support across departments as needed Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and organized Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards What We're Looking For:
Previous receptionist/front desk experience preferred (especially in healthcare) Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Friendly and approachable demeanor Reliable and professional with strong attendance What We Offer:
