Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative in Richmond, CA! Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management, providing excellent service to ensure customers have a seamless experience.

Pay: $22-$24/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving complaints Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns, issues, and disputes efficiently Manage fleet truck inventory levels in coordination with Maintenance and Asset Management Support workflow management through effective scheduling and planning Maintain compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal regulations, including registration, rental agreements, insurance, and roadside documentation Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently
