IT Support Analyst (Remote - No CA or HI)

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST

Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension or full-time conversion)

Pay: $20-$23/hour

About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and clients seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, or email. You'll troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems-all while delivering exceptional service.

This is a remote opportunity (excluding residents of California and Hawaii), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping others solve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support through phone, chat, and email Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using diagnostic tools Guide users through problem-solving steps and escalate unresolved issues Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions in ServiceNow Support password resets, software installations, and system status inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction Participate in data recovery and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring

1-2 years of IT support experience (phone/chat/email) Strong knowledge of Windows OS (required) Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (preferred) Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles Knowledge of networking concepts and enterprise applications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (HDI, MCP, Network+, A+) are a plus HDI certification required within 1 year of hire Why Join Us?
