Pay: $19.00/hr. Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle daily customer interactions, assisting by phone or in person. You will be responsible for managing transactions, researching account details, and explaining account information. You will also perform key duties in the Branch Office, Call Center, and Accounts Administration.
Essential Functions:
Handle customer service tasks in the Branch Office, Call Center, and Accounts Administration. Provide accurate, timely information to customers via phone or in person. Process orders and changes according to department policies. Address customer concerns, including irate customers, professionally. Record customer transactions and provide research on billing/account inquiries. Offer details on policies, rates, fees, and procedures. Collaborate with teams to resolve service requests. Adhere to all CWS policies and procedures. Represent Customer Service in meetings and manage projects. Work with the Credit Coordinator on disputed credit claims. Cross-train in different customer service areas and substitute for a supervisor when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. (over 50 lbs. requires a two-person team). Proficient with office equipment (computers, phones, calculators, copiers). Strong communication and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Previous call center experience preferred. Associate degree or 1 year related experience (or 4 years combined experience). High school diploma or GED preferred.
