Salary: $45,760 - $58,240 per year, plus performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company dump trucks to haul materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and debris to and from job sites
  • Maintain compliance with all DOT, state, and company safety regulations and procedures
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness
  • Load and unload materials while adhering to proper safety and weight distribution guidelines
  • Coordinate with job site managers, dispatch, and field teams for timely deliveries
  • Keep accurate driver logs and delivery records
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles
  • Promote and uphold 360 Services of VA's safety and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A & B license with a clean driving record
  • 3+ years of experience operating dump trucks in a construction or infrastructure environment (may need to drive a trailered vehicle)
  • Proven experience operating 4500 diesels with gooseneck trailers and loaded with skid steers, excavators, etc.
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Familiarity with local and state transportation regulations
  • Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in tight construction sites and public roadways
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Willingness to assist with general labor when needed on-site
  • Must pass a DOT drug screening and background check

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
  • Hours will be defined based on project needs

Location

  • Onsite across Virginia - primarily on VDOT and municipal project sites
