We're seeking a skilled CDL Fuel Truck Drivers to join our fuel department in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• As a Fuel Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting fuels using bobtail (Tankwagon) trucks.
• Driving trucks while observing DOT driving regulations and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Ensuring products are hauled in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Verifying directions with plant personnel to ensure accurate delivery.
• Striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve high levels of satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper condition of equipment.
• Performing pre and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Conducting basic vehicle maintenance tasks and reporting defects or damage.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must possess effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques and skills.
• Collaborate with Dispatchers.
• Maintain vehicles.
• Plan routes and schedules.
• Capability to work weekends.

The Shift

• Day shifts starting around 4am, with OVER TIME PAY!
• Night shifts starting around 4pm, with OVER TIME PAY! Night shifts include increased night differential pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Tanker and Hazmat (X) endorsement required.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience required.
• Minimum 1 year commercial crude oil or fuel hauling experience required.
