. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, follow scripts verbatim, and navigate multiple systems while entering data accurately. The role involves resolving customer issues efficiently, using Microsoft Teams for communication, and adhering to assigned schedules. It requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to work on-site at the Phoenix, AZ call center High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center Must communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written abilities Ability to read a script verbatim and navigate multiple systems simultaneously during calls Proficient in Microsoft Teams Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Reliable and punctual with adherence to assigned schedules Available shifts:

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
