Summary:
Immediate DIRECT HIRE opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a vacation relied position! This is a newer production facility and will be geared more towards the electrical side vs mechanical due to the newer machinery in this plant. You will be required to have strong electrical trouble shooting skills, along with Siemens PLC's. This is a highly automated control system.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm and when covering for vacation, the hours would be 4:55 am to 5:25 pm, and could include weekends. Pay: Starting at $32, plus sign on bonus, perfect attendance bonus, and potential year-end bonuses! Responsibilities:
Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair motors, contactors, relays, circuit faults, lighting, solenoids, coils, switches and sensors Electronic: Troubleshoot automated machinery and equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. Mechanical: Design, install, troubleshoot and repair gears, cams, rollers, belts, chains, bearings, seals, levers, and power transmission equipment Drafting: Create, modify and reverse engineer existing AutoCAD drawings/schematics or parts Process Controls: Design, install, program, troubleshoot and repair process control systems including but not limited to PLC's, HMI's, and Electro Mechanical Qualifications:
Two-year maintenance-related degree with 3 years related experience, or High School Diploma/Equiv with 5 years of related experience/training Must have good driving record and valid driver's license. Work at heights above 10 feet and in extreme heat and cold Work with allergens, such as soy, milk, etc. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
