Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated

Front Desk / Intake Eligibility Specialist

to join our team in Racine, WI. This in-office, full-time position plays a critical role in providing direct assistance to individuals and families in need of energy support services across Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy. Eligibility Processing:

Conduct intake interviews, process energy assistance applications, and determine eligibility-both in-person and over the phone. Community Engagement:

Represent Energy Services at outreach and community events to connect with low-income individuals and families. Collaboration:

Work closely with community partners, agencies, and internal team members to coordinate services and resources. Administrative Duties:

Perform front desk tasks including scheduling, data entry, and responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Ideal Candidate Will Have: A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for serving limited- and low-income households Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong computer proficiency and basic math skills Previous experience working with non-profit organizations or with vulnerable populations (e.g., elderly, veterans) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule: Regular Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Extended Winter Hours:

Tuesdays & Thursdays until 6:00 PM during the heating season
