The Wildcat Wheels Bicycle Library (commonly referred to as Wildcat Wheels) is a nationally-recognized educational resource that provides free bicycle use and repair assistance to UK students and employees. The

STEPS Wildcat Wheels Service Associate

will assist with the following:

Customer Service: - Assist students/staff/faculty with questions about bicycle repair. - Check out and return bicycles from the Wildcat Wheels Fleets. - Maintain the bicycles from WWBL Fleet that are brought in during the rental term (i.e. spot repairs, flat fixes).

Shop Service: - Repair and maintain the fleet of bicycles at Wildcat Wheels Bicycle Library. - Help maintain a clean and organized shop. - Assist shop manager and program director with tabling events. - Resupply the "Fix-it" stations on campus and check to make sure that all tools are intact and operational.

No mechanic experience is necessary, skills may be taught on the job.
