Responsibilities

Position Overview

Join our 10-week summer internship program as an IT Services & Engineering Intern within the End User Services team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT service management, desktop engineering, and technical support operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to support enterprise applications, end-user devices, and ITIL-based service delivery processes.

Accountabilities Assist with imaging, patching, and deploying laptops, tablets, and peripherals. Support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Adobe, and browsers. Help configure and troubleshoot printers and print management systems, A/V systems and desk phones. Participate in vulnerability scanning and remediation efforts. Contribute to architecture design discussions and documentation for end-user systems. Collaborate on IT projects involving hardware refreshes, application rollouts, and automation initiatives. Gain exposure to Microsoft enterprise integrations and solutions including Intune, Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Defender. Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Familiarity with Windows 11 OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Interest in IT service management, systems engineering, and enterprise solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Passion for continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
