Position: AEM Business Analyst/ AEM Technical Project Manager
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 7+ years of experience working with AEM platforms, with at least 3+ years specifically in AEM 6.5. • Proven experience working in stakeholder-facing roles, especially with non-technical users in large organizations. • Strong understanding of AEM 6.5 Sites and Assets, including authoring interfaces, workflows, permissions, templates, and tagging. • Experience translating business language into technical requirements and vice versa. • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. • Solid grasp of Agile project delivery and tools like JIRA and Confluence. • Experience in creating clear, structured documentation and knowledge bases.
Roles & Responsibilities • Lead AEM 6.5 implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering to production rollout. • Act as the primary interface with business stakeholders including EPMs, TPMs, BAs, product owners, content authors, and marketers. • Translate business needs into AEM technical requirements and work with developers to bring them to life. • Provide daily support to non-technical users, triaging issues, answering authoring questions, and guiding content teams. • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly training materials, documentation, and authoring guides. • Deliver 1:1 and group training sessions to onboard new users and enable consistent AEM content practices. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups) and own project delivery timelines. • Ensure proper configuration and governance of AEM components, templates, workflows, metadata, and tagging structures. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AEM 6.5 authoring features, platform capabilities, and best practices.
Salary Range: $81,700-$140,000 a year #LI-AS3
