Job Description: Lead the administration, development, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring robust automation, security, and scalability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Administer and automate IAM systems including Microsoft Entra, Okta, and Active Directory Create and document IAM processes for performance monitoring, support, and capacity planning Manage incident diagnosis, root cause analysis, and vendor interactions Maintain and design server/application diagrams and IAM workflows Integrate third-party SaaS platforms with IAM tools Act as SME for IAM-related infrastructure across internal teams Requirements:
Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Security/Technology 7+ years of IT experience; 4+ years in server/app admin roles Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation Experience with Microsoft Entra, Azure AD Connect, Okta, LDAP, ADFS Familiarity with IAM standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA Integration experience with SaaS via APIs Strong understanding of PKI, TCP/IP, GPO, Intune, YubiKey, and REST APIs
Nice-to-Haves: Azure cloud architecture and admin skills Advanced PowerShell scripting Linux admin experience (RedHat, SUSE, CentOS) Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ104, AZ900, Okta) Knowledge of NIST and CMMC compliance standards Experience with SIEM tools and enterprise monitoring
