We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in social media content creation. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Support the Agent in an administrative/assistant role. Qualifications:

Be willing and able to obtain an insurance license - because we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and expertise to best serve our customers.

As a bonus, we're offering a sign-on bonus of up to $500 to help get you started on your licensing journey! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
