Greenville Country Club is seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our members, guests, employees, and property while upholding the welcoming and professional atmosphere that defines our Club.

What You’ll Do

• Patrol Club grounds, parking lots, and facilities to ensure a safe and secure environment

• Monitor access points and inspect security equipment to confirm everything is in working order

• Respond promptly to emergencies, safety concerns, or suspicious activity

• Assist with traffic flow and parking management during busy Club events

• Prepare clear and accurate reports related to incidents, accidents, or thefts

• Communicate and enforce Club safety policies with courtesy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills

Physical & Work Environment

• This role requires continuous walking, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity, nighttime hours).
