EZ Sports Academy is hiring: Fitness Teacher in Eldridge

EZ Sports Academy is located in Eldridge, Iowa. It's a fun little gym that offers Gymnastics and Ninja classes. The goal for all programs is to help children develop into athletes.

We are in search of reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic people to help us teach our Gymnastics and Ninja classes. No experience is necessary! We will teach you all the basic techniques and classroom management skills that you will need.

Job Duties

- Lead small groups of students ages 3-10 years old through 40-60 minute classes.

- Follow lesson plans and manage student behavior.

- Lead and play games with children.

- Explain activities.

- Spot and demonstrate basic gymnastics positions and skills (rolls, cartwheels).

- Ensure safety of students and help maintain a positive, encouraging environment.

Skills needed

- Willingness to learn, follow instructions and make improvements.

- Ability to capture and maintain the attention of groups of children.

- Be able to silly and fun for the kids, but serious when needed.
