Element Logistics Delivery Driver
Element Logistics is looking for a reliable, customer oriented, hardworking delivery driver to join our team! We are hiring full-time and part-time package delivery drivers with openings starting immediately. We are looking for team players who are looking to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Be comfortable driving in varying weather conditions and times of day.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Use hand-held device for routing, delivery, and customer service.
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction when delivering packages to our community.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
Company Description:
Element Logistics provides the delivery vans, gas, and uniforms along with GPS. Full company benefits, 401K & matching, paid training, leaders will be recognized and rewarded. Starting at $23.50 per hour, focusing on internally developing the best.
Full-time, part-time positions available. Starting at $23.50 per hour, 3040 per week.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
- Must be able to maintain safe driving behavior and follow all traffic laws while delivery.
- Must be able to manage time wisely.
- Effective communicator.
- Basic understanding of English.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes is beneficial.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and use a mobile device for completing customer deliveries.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
Experience level:
- Prior delivery experience preferred.
