Overview:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This opportunity comes with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team while ensuring smooth payroll processing, onboarding, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Preparation: Assist in preparing payroll by reviewing employee timecards for accuracy and completeness.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for contract employees, including assisting with documentation and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Employee Relations: Provide general administrative support with employee relations as needed.
  • Benefits Administration: Help employees with benefit enrollment and make updates in the system where necessary.
  • HR Support: Assist with various HR functions as needed to ensure seamless operations.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to suit your schedule.
