About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources for its Hospitality division. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing expert advice on a wide range of HR matters to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance. This role involves overseeing staffing and retention, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and business partnership. The Executive Director will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term labor relations strategies, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations, and proactively addressing labor and employee relations issues. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 7 years' HR experience, with a background in a high-volume environment. Experience in a union work environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing HR teams, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and gain credibility at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the role demands a high level of energy, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours. The Executive Director will be expected to be a champion for employee advocacy, with a focus on creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
