Human Resources Generalist I

Regal Rexnord, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I to assist and support the Human Resources Department in areas focused on recruitment, employee relations, data integrity and management, training and total associate engagement. This position will report to the Plant Manager with dotted line/functional reporting to the Division Human Resources Director. This role is full time on site in Twinsburg, OH. Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of HR policies and initiatives, providing exceptional custom service by answering and responding to general HR questions for employees in a timely manner, supporting open enrollment process for benefits, processing day-to-day transactions in Workday, assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, assisting with employee relations and disciplinary issues, assisting with Total Associate Engagement Events and community outreach initiatives, preparing and maintaining personnel files, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality, maintaining records and compiling reports as needed from database, preparing, distributing and posting communication announcements, and performing other related duties as required and assigned.

Experience and skill required includes a Bachelor's degree, minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment, reliability and dependability, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, high integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, strong organization and time management skills, ability to work in both team and individual settings, strong problem solving skills, strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and HCM Systems, strong sense of urgency, willingness and ability to take accountability and ownership of work, ability to prioritize and adapt to changes, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work overtime and flexible hours as necessary.
