Job Description

The candidate will attend to guests in Morsel’s Café/Gift Shop, upsell beverages and pastries, process transactions accurately, and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in Morsel’s coffee shop.
• Answer guest questions about menu items.
• Prepare gourmet coffee and specialty beverages.
• Upsell and suggest additional items.
• Process transactions and maintain a balanced cash register.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Current State vendor’s Permit.
