ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

Role Overview

The role of a Starbucks Barista offers the opportunity to:

• Provide excellent guest service, creating a welcoming environment for all guests
• Prepare and serve handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Support store operations including inventory, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and meet their needs

What We Are Looking For

• A passion for customer service and creating a positive guest experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Ability to handle cash register operations and operate technology equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods
