ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

This team ensures product freshness, stock availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor. They focus on operations, process efficiency, food safety, presentation, and inventory management across all Food and Beverage areas.

THE ROLE OF A STARBUCKS BARISTA

This role offers the chance to build skills such as guest service, food quality management, and food safety compliance. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences with handcrafted beverages and food
• Maintaining food safety and brand standards
• Executing food and beverage processes like replenishment, stocking, and inventory management
• Engaging with guests to meet and exceed expectations
• Supporting Drive Up and digital order fulfillment

Additional duties involve cleaning, packaging, labeling, monitoring food temperatures, and ensuring accurate inventory and signage.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates are those who enjoy a lively, team-oriented environment, are passionate about guest service, and are comfortable with stocking, setting, and selling products. We value a helpful attitude, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous food service or Starbucks experience preferred but not required
• Welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to operate technology and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures
