Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy the challenge of cold calling, overcoming objections, and closing deals—with no cap on your earning potential? If so, we want you on our team!

We are seeking motivated Call Center Sales Representatives to join our high-energy sales team. Using our advanced AI dialing system, you’ll make 75+ outbound calls daily to gun store owners and shooting ranges, presenting our competitive ammunition packages and working to close sales on the first call. Ammunition knowledge is not required—we provide full training. What matters most is your ability to sell and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 75+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers.

  • Present our ammunition packages and promotions, highlighting pricing and value.

  • Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

  • Accurately log all activity in our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or similar).

  • Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.) as needed.

  • Continuously refine sales techniques and stay engaged in team best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success as a closer in high-volume cold calling or call center sales.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and hit aggressive targets.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • CRM experience required; Salesforce/HubSpot/MS Dynamics preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/certifications a plus.

  • Ammunition knowledge is helpful but not required—we’ll train you.
