Principle Personnel Group is hiring: Commercial Cleaning Contract in Miami

We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner to service a contract! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition including bathrooms, breakrooms, general areas and hallways and offices
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

• Location in the Hialeah area of Miami near airport.
• Daily cleanings Monday through Friday. Cleanings estimated 1 - 1.5 hours or less per cleaning.
• 5 - 7 hours per week worked.
• $700 Month - must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies
• Must have reliable transportation
