IT Support Specialist
Location: Pennsylvania (must currently reside in PA)
Pay Rate: $28 – $33/hour DOE
Abel Personnel is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for statewide technology projects across Pennsylvania. This position offers steady work, career growth, and the opportunity to contribute to important IT initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for systems, applications, and end users
- Troubleshoot IT issues and document solutions
- Assist with testing, reporting, and process improvements
- Collaborate with IT staff and follow established policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must currently live in Pennsylvania (required)
- At least 2 years of IT-related experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or systems)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Compensation:
- $28–$33 per hour, depending on experience
