$25 per hour

What’s a typical day as IT Support Technician? You’ll be:
- Assisting with imaging and deploying new computers using standard imaging software.
- Utilizing KillDisk to securely wipe data from old devices.
- Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Installing, configuring, and updating software as needed on workstations.
- Assisting in maintaining the organization’s IT inventory and documentation.
- Responding to and resolving service requests in a timely manner, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborating with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and technology systems.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience imaging PCs, using KillDisk, and basic troubleshooting.
- Are familiar with Windows operating systems and common office software.
- Can communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
