This entry-level role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in IT who is eager to gain hands-on experience in both hardware and software support within a logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure PCs, printers, handheld scanners, and other warehouse devices Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (Windows OS, Office, WMS, RF devices) Install and update operating systems, drivers, and business-critical applications Provide first-level support for users in the warehouse and office Maintain and track IT inventory (laptops, printers, cables, scanners, etc.) Document support tasks and solutions clearly for future reference Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary Assist with IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments Support barcode printer setup, label issues, and Wi-Fi connectivity for mobile devices Qualifications: Basic understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems Interest in learning IT systems used in warehouse environments (WMS, RF scanning, network printing) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and follow procedures High school diploma or equivalent; current IT coursework or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment
