We are a well-respected, privately owned dental practice on Cape Cod, seeking a personable Associate Dentist to join our growing team. With a loyal patient base, strong referral flow, and a modern environment, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving practice while enjoying the Cape Cod lifestyle.
Our practices in Hyannis and Centerville are fully equipped with digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and soon-to-be introduced laser technology, ensuring our associates have access to the tools they need to deliver exceptional care. We take pride in fostering a collaborative culture and are seeking a doctor who shares our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
*Key Highlights:*
* Flexible opportunity: full-time (4–5 days/week) or part-time (2–3 days/week)
* Consistent office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)
* Two prime Cape Cod locations (Hyannis & Centerville)
* Compensation based on a competitive percentage of collections
* Established patient base with consistent new patient flow
* Tech-forward practices with digital systems and laser dentistry being introduced
* Supportive, highly trained team and streamlined systems

*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy
* Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
* Build lasting patient relationships while contributing to the practice’s growth
* Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care
* Embrace and utilize new technology, including laser dentistry
*What You Bring:*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Active Massachusetts dental license
* 2+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred, but New Grads also welcome to apply!
* Proven restorative and surgical skills; comfort with comprehensive care
* Excellent communication, leadership, and patient-focused approach
