We’re seeking a *Full-Time Associate Partner Dentist* with strong skills in *oral surgery* and *implant dentistry*, and the opportunity to earn *ownership equity*.

*Position Details*
* *Schedule:* Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* *Compensation:* Guaranteed daily minimum *or*
* *32% of collections* (whichever is greater)
* *35% of collections after exceeding $500K annually*
* Ideal for an experienced dentist with strong clinical confidence and leadership skills
*Who We’re Looking For*
* DDS/DMD from an accredited program
* Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)
* 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
* Confident in:
* *Oral surgery*
* *Implant placement*
* *Simple endodontics*
* Strong communication, leadership, and patient-focused mindset
