We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Worldwide Product Marketing team who shares our vision for education and believes in the transformative power of educators. We lead global marketing efforts for Apple’s professional learning programs and resources for educators across K-12 and Higher Education, shaping strategic marketing that inspires and supports educator engagement globally.

Are you self-motivated, deeply organized, and passionate? We build meaningful connections between educators and Apple’s learning ecosystem. We blend big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, balancing visionary marketing plans with strong program management and process discipline.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including defining clear goals, key moments, and compelling campaign themes that drive adoption and growth of Apple’s professional learning programs for educators globally.
Create comprehensive marketing briefs that inform engaging marketing assets, content, and memorable experiences, spotlighting Apple’s Education Community Forum and resources.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, producers, product marketers, and worldwide education marketing teams to bring content and paid advertising successfully to market, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized educator engagement.
Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of innovative educator stories, effectively amplifying these across diverse channels, regions, and media formats to drive educator inspiration and program adoption.
Work closely with PR and Events teams to build immersive hands-on experiences, strategically positioning impactful success stories and measurable outcomes within PR campaigns, high-profile events, and customer briefings.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing activations, clearly communicating performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to enhance future initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of relevant product marketing experience within large-scale institutions
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
Strong analytical and measurement skills, including experience with tools such as Tableau
Demonstrated success managing content development workflows and working with creative teams
Strong business acumen and project management skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and priorities across geo, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience engaging with educators, schools, or academic institutions, and an understanding of how technology is used in the classroom and professional learning settings
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree
Proficient in Keynote, familiarity with Apple’s first-party apps on Mac, iPad, and iPhone, as well as programs like Apple Teacher, Apple Learning Coach and Everyone Can Create
Experience in event marketing, lifestyle marketing, or online community engagement, growing and managing digital communities or forums
Proficiency with content management systems, web publishing workflows, or educator-facing digital platforms
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
