Job Description
Analyze and document business and technical requirements to support project management and sales teams in delivering customer-oriented solutions
Create detailed and structured documentation, including user stories, business processes, and proposed changes
Develop high-level and detailed solution concepts, such as business logic designs, flow diagrams, and mock-ups for new user interfaces
Support and maintain the prioritized product backlog, including the refinement and documentation of user stories
Design interface specifications for web services and other communication interfaces in close collaboration with agile development teams
Propose and implement process and system improvements to enhance business operations
Conduct market research and analyze relevant financial or strategic data to support decision-making
Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes, including staff training and ongoing support
The salary for this position ranges from 50,000.0 - 60,000.0 GBP
