W2 JOB NUMBER: 25-03411 JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior Advanced Software Engineer with an active DOD Secret to work from their Florham Park, NJ facility. As a software engineer for our client, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the development and delivery of a complex system critical to our customer mission. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experience: Embedded Software in a Linux environment Qt/C++/UI expertise at mature production level Drivers and interfaces to COTS devices QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. Clearance Requirements: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
