At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring for “ Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer - ENG04” in “Tucson AZ”. You will do: Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL). Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program. Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones. Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment. Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews. Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required. Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes. Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders. Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team. As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, as needed, understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and define/delegate tasking for your team. This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity. Clearance Required: Secret Qualification Must have : Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years’ prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of experience. Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments. Experience with design, development and/or integration of test equipment. What you will learn : System level test setup and operation across the different environments within development or production. Experience working across multi-disciplined groups of engineers.
