Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team of the largest acquisition in Medline history! In this role you will manage the full product lifecycle including the sourcing, marketing, new product development, sales support and financial growth of assigned products. Additionally, you will get to work directly with our manufacturing facility, RD&E Teams, and learn firsthand how to partner and manage manufacturing relationships.Job Description Responsibilities: Self starter, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.Need to be able to adapt to changing landscape and work to drive solutions for sales team. Reporting, dashboard creation, messaging of key report outs, project ownership, customer/segment ownership, portfolio management, manufacturing management, gross margin improvement (GMI), PFG/GSO led innovation Offer solutions for detrimental sales or cost trends. Prepare product forecasts to include revenue and expense expectations. Analyze sales trends over time and impact of competitive strategies. Support forecasts and budgets with appropriately detailed marketing plans. End-to-end product life cycle management. Lead the development of marketing plans for assigned product programs; tasks may include supporting efforts around brand awareness, sales training tools, collateral creation and pricing resources. Work with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Engineering to reduce Cost of Goods by assessing packaging, alternate materials, new sources of material, stocking, make to order, direct to customer shipments, etc. Manage inventory by focusing on eliminating surplus and optimizing SKU count. May negotiate pricing with vendors for finished goods. Coordinate materials with vendors and develop finished custom items. Conduct market research and translate that research into new ways to improve business model. Provide timely follow up to sales forces by answering product questions via e-mail and phone. Strong knowledge of Medline dashboards and reporting capabilities to bring new capabilities to team. Required Experience: Education Bachelor’s degree Work Experience At least 2 years of marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice experience (preferably in the healthcare industry). Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources. Experience collecting and analyzing financial data. Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). The anticipated salary range for this position: $79,560.00 - $115,440.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
