Director of Product – AI-powered platforms

B2B SaaS | AI | Product-Led Growth Overview: We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a high-growth, product-focused SaaS company seeking a Director of Product to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions. This individual will drive innovation and execution at the intersection of data, design, and customer problem-solving while playing a key role in shaping a suite of intelligent tools that deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business and customer objectives Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact products across web and mobile platforms Translate customer insights into intuitive, scalable product experiences Build and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture focused on outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement Oversee go-to-market planning, product launch execution, and post-launch iteration Ensure products are designed and developed in compliance with data privacy, ethical use, and relevant regulatory requirements Define product KPIs and use analytics to drive data-informed decisions and prioritization Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to ensure product-market fit and long-term differentiation Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product management (B2B SaaS strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience building and launching AI/ML-enabled products Background in UX, customer-centric design, or user research is strongly preferred Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus Why This Role: This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic product leader to join a company that is investing heavily in AI and design-led innovation.
