What you'll bring
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or arelated quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.? 4+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applyingquantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.? Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.? Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.? Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).? Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.? A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
How you will lead
? Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services and tools.? Write clean and performant code.? Mentor engineers on the team to produce high quality code with code reviews and learning sessions.? Collaborate with your teammates, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.
