As part of this internship experience, you will expand on your professional development skills as well as gain first-hand knowledge of a niche within the software and healthcare industry. Interns will assist the company with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, learning about capturing operational data, perform detailed analytics and generate insights to assist our leaders in making key business decisions.

will you get out of this internship?
Project: Operational Analytics Transformation. We are looking to build an operational analytics platform and processes to surface insights from data to our client operations team to make data-driven decisions. The intern will be a part of the team driving data collection and preliminary analytics. The intern will spend 100% of time on this project.

How to leverage data to generate insights
Determine which KPIs are important for the leaders.
Real world application of data analytics concepts.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Do you fit our team?
Rising senior or current senior, graduation between December 2022 and May 2023
3.2 or above GPA
Majors/Minors: Open
Actively involved on campus and/or community
Curiosity to go deeper into the projects given
Ability to adapt and pivot with competing priorities and/or deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus, but not required
