Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the Fulfillment Department supporting the production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $16.10 DOE
Shift: M-F , 8am- 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Assist with picking, packing, and shipping products to customers
Work in designated roles such as Product Picking, Packing, or Shipping
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain safety rules and procedures throughout your shift
Operate warehouse machinery safely, including forklifts and scissor lifts
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED, or at least one year of relevant work experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
Willingness to walk throughout a large facility and tolerate various environmental conditions
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
