Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting eCommerce and ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Collaborate with business teams to gather and document requirements for eCommerce and ERP enhancements.
Act as a liaison between technical developers and business stakeholders to ensure project clarity and success.
Support BigCommerce platform processes, focusing on shopping carts and purchasing workflows.
Work closely with ERP and finance teams to facilitate seamless system integration.
Manage project milestones, escalate issues promptly, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.
What's Needed?
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or eCommerce projects.
Hands-on experience with BigCommerce platform is required.
Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, including shopping carts, dual purchasing, and ERP integration.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Experience with ERP systems, with exposure to NetSuite being a plus.
