About The Role

We’re seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic financial services team. This is a hands-on role that blends investor relations, client communication, and executive administrative support—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced investment banking and private equity environment.

You’ll support the Investor Relations team in maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, while also assisting senior executives with administrative and operational needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to private equity and investment banking, while contributing directly to client satisfaction and firm operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Relations Support
    • Serve as a point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries.
    • Coordinate with the accounting team to manage investor deliverables such as quarterly/annual financial statements, Partner Capital Statements, K-1s, and investor letters.
    • Assist with capital calls and distributions to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
    • Support Investor Relations leadership and CFO with ad hoc investor-related tasks.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide executive-level assistance to senior leadership, including managing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating conferences.
    • Support executives with administrative and office management tasks as needed.
    • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design tools (Adobe, Canva).
    • Help coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, client visits, and investor communications.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, or related field preferred; or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn investor relations tools/software.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
  • Highly polished and professional, with strong client-facing presence.
  • Proactive and adaptable; able to anticipate needs and problem-solve quickly.
  • Strong multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Lives within reasonable commuting distance to downtown Dallas (preferred due to traffic and accessibility).
  • Excited about transitioning into a full-time, permanent role with growth potential.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Direct exposure to the fast-paced world of investment banking and private equity.
  • Opportunity to work closely with executives and investors.
  • Collaborative, tight-knit team that values professionalism and results.
  • Clear path to full-time conversion and career growth.
