Responsibilities

• Return to domicile every weekend for a 2-day reset period.
• 50-60% of assignments involve drop and hook operations to minimize loading delays and maximize productive driving time.
• Average haul distance of approximately 250 miles to balance mileage earnings and home time.
• Hazmat endorsements provide enhanced earning potential on qualified loads.
• Professional standards and safety adherence aligned with company policies; minimum pay program ensures a base weekly earning of $1,200.

Compensation And Benefits

• Weekly pay: $1,350 to $1,550 with our sliding pay package.
• Minimum Pay Program ensures $1,200 weekly earnings for drivers meeting professional standards and accepting available freight.
