Overview

Join to apply for the Snow Salt Truck Driver role at DJ's Landscape Management. We\'re on a hunt for on-call Seasonal Snow Salt Truck Drivers to keep roads safe and clear from November till the last snowflake. Punctuality and dependability are our keys to success!

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment and perform snow plowing and salting as directed to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Work on-call during the winter season (including nights, days, holidays, and weekends) and respond to weather events as needed.
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain safety and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL A License or CDL B w/ Air Brakes with no restrictions required (MDOT support provided).
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed.
• Smart Phone.

Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and license
