Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 0028 North Conway, NH

Starting pay range: $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and applying customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Accurately process customer purchases/returns, count change back to customers, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store as a whole.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws and store policies; support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred.
