Overview

Zeta Global seeks a Data Analyst in New York, NY to build Tableau reports that are accurate, modular, and easy to maintain. Help locate potential problems and opportunities that the sales and operations team can use to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Take requirements and turn them into visualized reports using SQL, Excel and Tableau.
• Write performant SQL queries from large datasets.
• Perform statistical analysis on the performance of offers, marketing campaigns, and websites.
• Provide advice on ways to increase revenue or decrease costs.
• Write technical and explanatory documentation on data operations.
• Assist data and operations analysts in writing ad hoc queries.
• Anticipate reporting requests that are related to each other and include related dimensions.
• Use experience with large (TB) complex data sets and relational databases.
• Use advanced SQL (CTE, window functions, cube aggregations); Tableau and similar BI tools; Python and programming experience; Git; Spark; CI/CD; NoSQL; Data Warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and Prefect.
• Use graph databases as well as big data formats (Parquet, ORC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management or Computer Science plus 3 years of experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary expectations: $105,000/yr. Location: New York, NY.
