A leading full-service agency is seeking a Data Analyst (Media Analyst) to join its growing Data & Technology team. This agency is known for pushing the boundaries of media, creative, and performance, and is committed to helping brands uncover incremental sources of growth and make smarter, faster decisions.

Role Summary & Impact

The Data Analyst (Media Analyst) will help organize, process, and analyze data for a wide range of clients. This role requires a balance between following established processes and bringing creative thinking to solve business challenges. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, developing insights and reporting that influence real-time decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong client-facing experience, is an effective communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights, and has a solid understanding of media alongside strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and organize large data sets for use in analyses and reporting
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to cross-discipline stakeholders
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies across multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with teams to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data
  • Support requirements gathering for data environments and visualization
  • Maintain databases and documentation for data analysis processes
  • Perform ad hoc quantitative analyses to answer business questions
  • Present findings and insights in a clear, actionable way to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related role
  • Experience with at least one data analytics tool (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
  • Familiarity with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics techniques (e.g., A/B testing, segmentation)
  • Experience supporting ETL processes to ensure data is properly integrated and prepared for analysis
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
