Key Responsibilities

• Own all operational KPI tracking (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure accurate reporting across multiple departments, for the Chief Operations Officer.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics across claims, vendors, customers, staffing, and call center performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop clear, actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize cost efficiency, vendor performance, and customer outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for executive-level reporting.
• Partner directly with Operations leadership to guide strategic decision-making with fact-based analytics.
• Independently manage ad hoc analyses, performance reviews, and data-mining projects with minimal oversight.
• Proactively flag issues, risks, and opportunities in operational processes, backed by data evidence.
• Maintain responsibility for reporting integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across all operational metrics.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
• Advanced expertise Power Query & Power BI
• Proven success as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or related analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to move from data mining to clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to senior executives.
• Nice to have experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
• Passion for turning complex datasets into meaningful insights—if you are not a true data/Excel junkie, this role is not for you.
