Location: Onsite North Chicago, IL · Type: Contract · Rate: $65- $75

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support key project initiatives through data validation, testing, and analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, consolidate and analyze data, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and supporting project logistics across business and manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation, testing, and qualification to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Consolidate and analyze datasets using Excel and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders and support manufacturing site initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful way.
• Support project logistics as a right-hand resource to leadership.
• Apply knowledge of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) in project activities.
• Contribute to compliance and risk management initiatives (cybersecurity knowledge a plus).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Open to candidates from any industry/domain.
